Will cleaning the sofa make it go stiff or shrink?
Not if the fabric is right for it and the moisture is controlled. We test an unseen area first, use the least water the job needs and dry it thoroughly. If a fabric is not suitable we will tell you instead of trying it.

How long does a suite take to dry?
Usually four to six hours, a little longer for heavy fabrics and thick cushions. Stand the cushions on edge, open a window and keep air moving and it will be ready to use the same evening.
