Carpet Cleaning in Goffs Oak
Merlin's Carpet Cleaning covers Goffs Oak and the villages around it — green-belt village houses, large detached homes and long driveways. We are family run with over ten years behind us, our prices are the ones on the list with nothing added afterwards, and every quote is free.
Cleaning carpets in Goffs Oak
Goffs Oak sits in the green belt and the housing runs large - detached houses, long driveways, plenty of ground and a good number of properties where the lounge is bigger than most people's downstairs.
Big rooms change the arithmetic. Our listed prices assume a standard room, so we quote larger spaces individually rather than turning up and revising the figure. You know the number before we arrive.
Being green belt, there is also more coming in from outside than in a town - soil from gardens, mud from the lanes, and dogs. All of it responds well, and all of it is a reason to be on a nine to twelve month cycle rather than eighteen.

Goffs Oak questions
The things people in Goffs Oak ask us most often.
How do you price a very large lounge?
Individually, on the actual floor area. The £40 figure is for a standard room, and we would rather give you an accurate larger number on the phone than a surprise on the day.
Do you cover Newgate Street and Northaw?
Yes, along with Goffs Oak, Cuffley, Crews Hill and Flamstead End. No travel charge across EN7.
We have three dogs - can anything be done about the smell?
Usually a great deal. Deep extraction removes the oils and odour source rather than covering them. Where it has soaked through to the underlay it is harder and we will say so honestly.
Can you clean a large rug in a big hallway?
Yes, in place on a protected surface after testing the dyes. Large rugs are quoted individually rather than at the £25 starting price.
