How far in advance should I book before a hand-back?
About a week ahead of the inspection if you can. It leaves the carpet time to dry fully and leaves us time to go back over anything stubborn, which is not possible if we are in on the final morning.
Is North Camp covered or do you class it as Farnborough?
Covered either way and priced the same. North Camp, Ash Vale, Ash and Mytchett are all in our normal area, and nothing is added for travel wherever you are in GU14.
Can you clean a steep straight staircase in an old terrace?
Yes - stairs are hand work with a small tool, tread by tread and riser by riser. Steep flights take a little longer, but the £35 stair price covers a standard flight either way.
Will you invoice a third party rather than me?
We can. If someone else is settling the bill, give us their details when you book and we will send the invoice and the dated receipt straight to them. It makes no difference to the price or to how the job is done.
