Carpet cleaning that lifts the dirt out
Deep hot-water extraction for lounges, dining rooms, bedrooms, halls, stairs and landings. Family run, honest prices, and results you can see the moment we lift the wand.

Cleaned through the fibre, not just the surface
Vacuuming takes the loose bits off the top. Everything below that — the grit, the grease, the skin cells and the ground-in soil that makes a carpet look tired — stays put until it is flushed out.
We pre-treat the traffic lanes and any stubborn marks, give the solution time to break the soil down, agitate the pile so it releases, then pass over it with hot-water extraction. High-pressure solution goes in, and the dirt, the old detergent and the odours come straight back out into the machine.
- ✦Pre-inspection so you know up front what will lift and what might not.
- ✦Pre-treatment on traffic lanes, spots and stains before any water goes down.
- ✦Pile agitation so the solution reaches right to the base of the fibre.
- ✦Hot-water extraction at the correct temperature and pressure for your carpet.
- ✦Extra dry passes at the end, so it dries in hours rather than days.

The bits everyone else rushes
Stairs take the most punishment in the house and they are the fiddliest part of the job, which is exactly why they get skipped or hurried. We do them properly with a hand tool, tread by tread, including the risers and the nosings where the soil collects.
Stairs are £35 and a landing is £20, so doing them alongside a lounge or bedrooms is the sensible way to reach the minimum charge and have the whole floor looking right.

Common questions
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
A lounge starts at £40, a dining room at £35 and bedrooms at £30. A hall is £20, stairs £35 and a landing £20. Other rooms are priced on request. A £50 minimum charge applies, so most people have two or three areas done in one visit.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are touch dry within a few hours. We make several dry passes at the end to pull out as much moisture as we can, and opening a window or leaving a fan on speeds it up further.
Will you get the traffic lanes out?
Those darkened paths by doorways and in front of sofas are ground-in soil rather than a stain, and they respond very well to pre-treatment followed by hot water extraction. It is usually the most dramatic part of the job.
Can you remove pet smells?
Deep extraction removes the source of most odours instead of covering them, which is why pet and general household smells usually lift along with the dirt. Heavy contamination that has reached the underlay is harder and we will tell you honestly before we start.
Do I need to move all the furniture?
Move the small bits and pieces if you can. We work carefully around beds, sofas and wardrobes and protect your home as we go. Just mention anything heavy when you book.
Is the cleaning safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use professional products applied at the correct dilution and then extract them back out, so nothing is left sitting in the pile.
