Cleaning carpets in Henlow Camp
Most of what we do at Henlow Camp is hand-back work, and it has its own rules. Someone else is going to inspect the result, there is a fixed date, and a carpet that is merely better than it was is not the standard being applied.
So we do it differently. We clean edge to edge rather than the middle of the room, we do the stairs by hand including the risers, we go into the corners and along the skirting where the inspector will look, and we leave you with a dated receipt stating that the carpets were professionally cleaned.
We also work to your date rather than ours. Move-out dates shift and we know it - tell us as soon as yours does and we will rearrange rather than make it your problem.

Henlow Camp questions
The things people in Henlow Camp ask us most often.
Can you do a march-out clean before an inspection?
Yes, that is a large part of what we do here. We work to your inspection date, clean edge to edge, and give you a dated receipt to hand over with the property.
How much does a quarters clean cost?
It depends on the rooms. A typical three-bedroom quarter with hall, stairs, landing and lounge comes to £205 at our standard prices, and we give you a firm figure before we start.
What if my move date changes?
Tell us as soon as you know and we will move the slot. It happens constantly and we would much rather rearrange than have you paying for a visit on the wrong day.
Should the quarter be empty when you come?
Empty is best for a hand-back because we can clean right into the corners and up to the skirting, which is exactly where an inspection looks. If it cannot be empty we will still do a proper job around what is left.
