Yes. The machine stays in the van and the hoses come up to you. Stairs, lifts and long corridors are all perfectly normal for us. Mention which floor you are on when you book so we bring enough hose.
Our street has no parking at all - does that stop you?
Rarely. We work from wherever the van can legally stop within a sensible hose run, which is often a few doors away. Nothing extra is charged for the additional distance.
Do you need to run cables through the house?
The machine is self-contained in the van, so what comes into the house is a hose and a vacuum line rather than a trail of extension leads. A door does need to stay propped ajar while we work.
