Why is the bottom of the staircase darker than the rest?
That is where people stop, turn and put a hand on the newel post, so the soil and the skin oils concentrate on the first few treads. It cleans up, but it needs a pre-spray and hand work rather than a quick pass with the rest of the flight.
Do you charge extra for a flat with difficult parking?
