Yes, and it matters. Wool absorbs far more water than a synthetic, and the wrong solution or too much heat can cause shrinkage or colour movement. We use a fibre-appropriate solution at a controlled temperature and keep moisture down so it dries properly. There is a lot of good wool carpet in and around Leyburn and it is well worth protecting.
How far up Wensleydale do you go?

Do you charge extra for the travel out to the dale?
No. Our prices are the same whether you are in the middle of town or out in a Wensleydale village. The only thing that applies is the £50 minimum charge for the visit.
