It depends on the carpet, and we will give you a straight answer when we look at it. If the pile is still upright and the backing is sound, a clean usually transforms it for a small fraction of what new carpet and fitting costs. If it is worn through to the backing, delaminated, or permanently bleached, cleaning will not fix that and we will tell you so rather than take your money.

How far in advance do I need to book?
A few days is usually plenty. If you need something urgent — an end of tenancy, a house going on the market — ring us and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in.
Do you move the furniture?
We will shift the light, easily moved pieces. Please clear ornaments, lamps and anything breakable beforehand, and empty anything stored under the beds you want kept dry.
