How much do you charge for rugs?
From £25 each, with the £50 minimum applying to the visit rather than to every rug on the list. Most people here have two or three done together, or add them onto a carpet or upholstery booking.
Can you clean a rug on top of a wooden floor?
Yes, with protection underneath and careful drying afterwards. If a rug is very large or the boards are delicate we would rather move it onto a hard surface first than take a chance with your floor.
My rug is labelled art silk - can that be cleaned?
Art silk almost always means viscose, and viscose reacts badly to water. It stiffens, yellows and loses its sheen permanently. We will not wet-clean one, but we can identify it for you and explain the safe options.
Do you come out to Seer Green and Jordans?
